Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  2. Refunds: If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled reading, your deposit of $100 HKD will be transferred to another date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a deposit transfer.
  3. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit the deposit.
  4. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their reading once without penalty, provided they notify at least 24 hours in advance.
  5. Emergency Situations: In cases of emergencies, clients are encouraged to reach out, and accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
